The Service is provided as is, and we collect data only when it is necessary, reasonable, and transparent for operating and protecting the service.

When you download, install, or launch the App, we may collect operational data needed to provide the service, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, connection status, and session duration. To recommend more suitable nodes, Whitewhale VPN may process approximate device location. This data is used for: 1. Node recommendation based on region and load; 2. Performance optimization through anonymized aggregate trends; 3. Service communication such as important updates, security notices, or necessary account reminders sent to your registered email or account.

We transmit anonymized or aggregated data to necessary third-party providers (such as Google Play Services and Firebase) only for crash analysis, feature improvement, and security maintenance. Except in the following cases, we do not share personal information with third parties: 1. Legal process or regulatory requirements; 2. Situations necessary to protect users or the public; 3. Work with entrusted service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. To stop new data collection, uninstall the App through your device's standard process.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and a reasonable grace period. To close your account or delete personal profile data, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for users under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from that group. If such data is found, we will start deletion procedures. We use physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect data confidentiality.
