This agreement is a legal contract between you and Whitewhale VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, and using this VPN application (the 'App').
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, extract source code, translate app text, or create derivative versions without authorization. The App and related intellectual property belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will notify users appropriately. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting a device may weaken protection and cause app failure or security risk.
This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.
Service limitations: The App depends on stable Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for service failure caused by unpaid device bills, data limits, poor signal, local network issues, or third-party platform policy changes. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi. Roaming fees outside your country of origin are your responsibility. Before using the App, make sure you have permission from the bill payer.
Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, inability to access the service due to battery depletion, system failure, or user error is not covered by compensation. We work to provide accurate routing and node information, but network status may be affected by third-party data centers, carriers, or platform policies. For compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider may terminate service in accordance with law and this agreement; after termination, the usage license becomes invalid.
